Wow, it has been way too long since I last uploaded something here, well... blame school for being a lil shit for that. I couldn't even sketch anything good;;;
But I'm on a short break right now and inspiration is making its way back to my brain! So well, just look at what I've brought you~

This guy here is Quiz-Eyes a.k.a Damian Lowell, he's Locke Appleby's archenemy--a "mad(?) scientist" who couldn't be controlled by Locke's powers no matter how hard he tries because Damian has a virtually impenetrable "wall" of mental awareness. Though he himself isn't capable of controlling that wall of his either and it has a chance of breaking if he's put into immense mental torture... what would happen after that would pretty much be chaos.

He has a different kind of eccentric personality than Locke --welp that was poorly described-- in a way that he can be polite while still having the person on the other end of the table be all sorts of uncomfortable just by being in his presence. Has an affinity for poisons and genetical experiments, and is said to keep many weird-ass specimens in his laboratory--which wouldn't be surprising if it was true. His nature is to question things and prove them with his own two eyes and hands (Implying he has more than a pair of hands, we~ll, he isn't human so why not--nobody in this universe is, anyways).
And the one thing he wants to prove the most is the source of Locke's powers--how could such a near-perfect (mind)controlling device exist? So, how much they resent each other doesn't really matter because he'll protect his test subjects at all costs.

Also if you haven't caught on my drift yet, "Quiz-Eyes" is Locke's nickname for him because, well, his eyes (pupils? he has normal ones tho) are in the shape of X and O, which are commonly used as "wrong(X)" and "right(O)" signs in quiz shows. Also just for entertainment purposes, they can turn into either both Xs or both Os depending on his mood--or the results of his experiments.
Yes, I do like making wacky-ass characters.

He somehow looks like he's in his early 20s which is actually what I wanted his age range to be, so props to myself there hohoh.
