I feel like I'm going to betray my own words but I'm gonna say it; I'm trying to create just one OC per month for this year (except the ones for my projects because I need a big assemble of cast kinda quickly) and this is my "entry" for April!
His name is Shigure Karasuma and he's actually the first OC that really challenged me in writing his personality and motives so I don't even know where I should start with this TrashBoi™ over here yyye. Putting it simply, he's a trash with hidden depths, but in detail... whoo, I don't know where to start.

Yes, I said that sentence twice.

Anyways, we'll talk about the actual drawing first (the hard part comes later lmao, I'll try to keep it short for the first time though). If you take a glance at my gallery, it should be apparent that I don't create that many black-haired characters because, honestly, they're simply not that fun to draw and I can't play around with gradients that much, but drawing his hair is actually pretty fun tbh so--should I make more black-haired characters? Well, it might not be as fun as this so naaah (why did I even say it I'm sorry). His facial expression is pretty good as well--at least to me-- I can feel the condescending aura lmao.
Also his hand is one of the things I'm proud of in this drawing, I could never draw a hand that well again I guess lmao--but I can do better? Huh, can I?

Now, about his personality, I'm still figuring things out, myself, but let's see what we've got so far--wait, we?
He has a trashy personality and is a delinquent, but he also has a considerable amount of charisma and confidence to the point he can admit his mistakes and fixing it in the most 'cool' way (though this could sometimes be false bravado that he puts up himself). Although he may look laid back, he's actually pretty intense and has a surprisingly short fuse--he WILL fight anybody that provokes him, even his own younger brother Kazuki Karasuma, not that Kazuki will ever try to provoke him, though-- he can also fight well and has a pretty athletic physique due to playing sports in the past (specifically baseball, though he quit because of an "accident" that should really be called an incident instead)

He truthfully doesn't really like fighting, though he admittedly enjoys the rush he got from it and couldn't stop when he start.
Also hates people beating up weaker people just to feel more superior than they really are, and calls them "cowards"--from this, he has a pretty good set of morals, he won't try to hurt those "cowards" as much because they're weaker than him, usually. And will only try to restrict their movements as to let the one getting beaten up escape, but he'll still lose control if they decide to provoke him, which would be really bad if the escapee (or anyone really) is still in the area... because collateral damage is a thing that exists.

I'm still trying to work out his motives and why he's this way, the incident is only one part of it, so I can't say much.
But it mostly consists of betrayal and mistakes, I'll tell you that much. (By that, he has trust issues as well and doesn't have any close friends, like, at all.)
