The Love-Crazed Crybaby

Hi, Hello! I made a new OC here~

His name is Akiyama Kyouhei, please call him Kyou! His nickname is "The Love-Crazed Crybaby", it means that he's a yandere but also a big crybaby. He's like the crybaby but overly-protective boyfriend or childhood friend OuO. He may or may not become my favorite OC of them all~ Why? Idk, I just like his personality.... and his HAIR!! Uhm... *sweats nervously* Ignore the "hair" part, please!(it's true, though. I love blue-haired characters soooo much~)

Does anyone noticed that my drawing style, especially for the eyes, changed again? Kheukheu. Is it better than the last one? Or not?
I personally loved the new style though, just saying~

TRIVIA:
- He's 15 years old and his birthday is on November 2nd
- His color scheme is blue
- He wears a dark blue cardigan with two white stripes on the left sleeve
- His tie is light blue with two diagonal white stripes on the bottom
- He normally addresses himself with "boku", but on yandere mode he uses "ore". Or you can say that he's surprisingly harsh and manlier(?) when he snapped
- He carries a box cutter in his cardigan pocket
